Production Base
With production bases in Taiwan, Shenzhen and Kunshan, BF Ltd. provides a wide range of metal processing parts, components and stamping related products to customers worldwide. Our main products include precision terminals, precision hardware, hardware housings, plastic parts, and in-molded products.
Productivity
We have a total production capacity of more than 120 units of high-speed and hardware presses, 48 units of horizontal injection molding machines and 24 units of vertical injection molding machines.
High quality stamping and plastic parts cannot be achieved without high precision molds.
In addition to having many experienced personnel in hardware and plastic mold design, Hei Yu also has a complete set of precision machining equipment, including 3 optical grinders, 3 CNC grinders, 14 wire cutters, 23 EDM machines, and over 100 surface grinders.
Mold Capacity
We can complete 45 sets of stamping molds and 20 sets of plastic molds design and processing per month.
In order to meet our customers' stringent requirements for quality and the pursuit of environmental protection, we are constantly challenging ourselves and actively introducing various management systems, and have so far obtained various international certifications such as ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001 and QC080000
